As we know, we will never get the best compost under the process of less than 6 months and we only sell the single screen products in our yard.

There are still some twigs, sticks, rocks, and plastic pieces in our compost & mushroom manure products.

Please understand that due to the wrong way of using plastic wrap for the green waste; kitchen waste & grass clipping, there are small plastic pieces in our compost.

The Greater Vancouver people suffer from the result of being not careful enough to handle the recycling process of compost.

Sincerely hope everybody can understand and work together for a better clean environment.

Yard normally will be closed about 1 month from around Christmas till the next year.

Bin Rental

- Dump soil has to be separated with Cement; Concrete; Asphalt; Clay Tile; Porcelain etc for Bin Rental Service.

- We do accept Asphalt, Clay material; Porcelain; Clay Tile; Clay Bricks etc for Bin Rental.

- Do not mix the above Asphalt; Concrete; Clay Tile; Porcelain etc with Soil.

- Put the soil at the front part of the Bin.

- Put the Cement; Concrete; Asphalt; Clay Tile; Porcelain etc at the tail gate of the Bin.

- No garbage and construction waste in the Bin.

Dumping Fee at our Yard

We charge the dumping fee $ 38 / yd of Soil; Sod; Turf; Lawn; Rock; and Concrete.

We charge the Asphalt, Clay Brick, Tile, Porcelain dumping fee $ 65 / yd.

All sales are final, no return & no exchange.

Instant Turf:  $ 7.30 / roll, 4' 2 '' x 2 ' = 8.5 sqft
